cooled > add 300 gms of sodium silicate,10cc of soap scent and 2gms of soap
colour and mix them up > keep in that condition for the whole day > next
day soap cakes are to be cut > ready for use.
26. PREPARATION OF INK: Collect distilled water, gallic acid, tanic acid, carbolic acid, sulphuric acid, rectified spirit,ferrous sulphate,ink blue and gum > light the stove and warm two liters of distilled water > mix gallic acid according to a measurement>now mix tanic acid with water > stir the material frequently> cover the pot > boil the entire mixture for sometimes >put it down > allow it to cool >now put another pan containing distilled water on the oven > mix with hot water ferrous sulphate and gum > stir up the solution till it boils >take it away from the oven and get it cooled >next mix up the two types of solution one container >then mix sulphuric acid,carbolic acid and ink blue according to specific measurements> stir the whole thing properly >cover the preapared thing > keep it for one month for the final preparation> ready for using.
