DIALOGUE WRITING - PRACTICE SHEET
SAMPLE
[This is a simple and imaginary dialogue between two friends on preparation of coming examination]
Aany: How is your preparation for the coming exam ?
Deep: Not too bad, overall. I’m worried about chemistry. How is yours ?
Anay: It is alright. Chemistry is also bit challenging. Its syllabus is vast and also takes much time to memorize..
Deep: Organic chemistry has been a real problem for me . Can we study together.
Anay: Sure. It’s a good idea. Can you help me with Bengali?
Deep: Yes, sure.
Anay: Thanks. My main problem is in grammar portion.
Deep: Yes, I can help you in understanding the rules. But you need to put in lots of practice.
Anay: OK. Will do. How’s your preparation going on for other subjects?
Deep: Other subjects are more or less good. Statistics, however, seems to have an endless syllabus and I’ll have not enough time to revise .
Anay: Thankfully, I don’t have Statistics. But, yes, I’m also struggling to get enough time for revision. Anyway, we’ve to manage it.
Deep: That’s right. OK, enough of talk. Let’s get back to study. Best wishes.
Anay: Thanks. Best of luck.. [179 words]
